

Apulian Intorchiate are traditional braid snacks. They are usually found in the more popular sweet version, so these savoury Intorchiate created by the Danieli bakery aroused our curiosity.
The ingredients are listed in the jealously guarded family recipe: Apulian extra virgin olive oil, local flour, salt, white wine and almonds which are added to the recipe according to tradition. Manufacturing is artisanal. As a matter of fact, Danieli’s Intorchiate are handmade and that’s what makes them so crumbly.
Savoury Intorchiate are ideal for an aperitif or to nibble the whole day long; almonds are perfect for an energy boost!
