Delicious beef for stew from cows that are born, reared and slaughtered in Italy. Our supplier of fresh meat is Massi, the owner of the company I Commensali.
His butchery was founded after his previous experience in cattle breeding farms. Massi’s meat is perfectly matured; that’s why it is so tender and flavourful and nothing short of excellent.
Whenever you’re making an Italian beef stew, there is only one thing that matters: the beef must be extremely tender when the stew is fully cooked. I Commensali’s beef does not need to be marinated for a long time or to be cooked very fast to prevent it from ending up too tough. Moreover, if the stew is cooked in an earthenware pot like we do it here in Tuscany, it will turn out even more delicious.
