Tapinassi Ceramics is an artisan company that has been producing quality artistic ceramics for over fifty years. Gino Tapinassi, the founder, started as a decorator in the '40s and since then the company kept on growing, today it plays a leading role in the Italian landscape. And even though employees are up tenfold and manufacturing technologies are at the forefront, the heart of the company is still the handcrafted and authentic one of the beginning.

The work is all handmade, each piece has unparalleled aesthetic value. Tableware represents one of the main lines, together with lighting equipment and ceramics for indoor and outdoor furniture. The new bijoux line completes Tapinassi’s vision, real treasures of that timeless handcrafted-as-in-the-past beauty.

For our Italy Bite catalog we selected some ceramics that are particularly dear to us. They’re part of the “Osteria” (Tavern) line and as the name itself says they have all the charm of the true table of the past, rich in sincere and genuine dishes, around which to gather to celebrate or to simply enjoy the flavors of the great Italian gastronomic tradition together.
