Capers, oregano and extra virgin olive oil – there’s nothing else in this pâté. Or is there? This pâté also contains nature that gives us amazing ingredients, a perfect balance and a scent that immediately transports us to the island of Pantelleria.
Aperitives, brunches, appetizers – any excuse will do to spread some of this caper and oregano pâté and savour it. The coarse texture of this pâté allows us to taste the precious fruits of the island and makes this pâté all the more pleasant.
La Nicchia, a farm and caper factory founded back in 1949, aims at preserving local raw materials, by promoting prime-quality products. And the results are nothing short of extraordinary!
