

Caper berries are the fruits of the caper plant. La Nicchia gives us the opportunity to discover the island of Pantelleria and the unique flavours of local specialties.
These caper berries have an intense flavour with a remarkable sapid note and a slightly sour aftertaste. Their consistency is firm and fleshy and their scent is unmistakable.
They taste amazing on their own as appetizer, but they can also be added to pasta or rice salads. They can refine a dish as simple as tomato bruschetta and pair well with grilled fish.
