Caper leaves are delicious as well as beautiful. They have been carefully selected by the caper factory La Nicchia; these bright green gems refine any type of dish.
They are crunchy, sapid, with a very pleasant slightly sour note. When you’re dealing with such precious products, the best thing to do is handling them as little as possible. In order to enhance their uniqueness, the company has indeed chosen to respect them as much as possible, by keeping them intact and untouched and by only adding extra virgin olive to preserve them.
Caper leaves packed in oil can be added straight out of the jar to fish, meat or vegetables; if you want to impress your guest with an unforgettable aperitive, we suggest dipping them into batter and frying them.
