Grey pork is a pork breed resulting from the crossbreeding of Large White female pigs and Cinta senese male pigs. Grigio del Casentino rears pigs in semi-wild state on the slopes of the Casentino forest national park, where they eat naturally and live in the open air in this splendid valley.

It is a product for connoisseurs, which can satisfy even the most demanding palates. Each slice allows you to taste the excellent meat quality of animals that have grown slowly. It tastes exceptional with fresh bread or some hot focaccia bread, just like we love to eat it here in Casentino!
