For two hungry meat lovers a 1.5kg Florentine steak is a dream come true. Three 2kg Florentine steaks are ideal to feed ten carnivores. Top golden rule for cooking steak: the meat must be taken out of the fridge at least three or four hours before putting it on the grill.
Our Chianina meat supplier is Massi, an expert in this refined cattle breed which is deeply tied to our territory. He owns the company I Commensali: a butchery which was built on the experience which he gained while working in cattle breeding farms. His steaks are perfectly matured, tender and flavourful: such an excellent product.
