Sweetness and acidity blend, resulting in this unique and fine honey. The floral aroma is ideal to soften the edges of the full-rounded Caciocavallo silano cheese. One drop is enough to create an extraordinary food combination.

Apicoltura Cazzola beekeeping only makes whole virgin raw honey that does not undergo any thermal treatment and keeps all natural properties and benefits unaltered. It is extracted by centrifugal force and then left to decant in honey ripeners and poured in jars. Nature at its most pristine.
