    This cake is a mixture of five dark chocolates, including the Mexican Criollo cocoa mass with his sweet notes and long persistence, combined with hazelnut paste and oil and a pinch of coffee...A real treat!

    Siblings Claudio and Claudia Pistocchi make artisan, prime-quality products without using eggs, butter, flour, added sugar, preservatives and additives.
