Preparation tips: season the sauce with salt and, if desired, a pinch of chili pepper, pour on the base and add the mozzarella pieces and the 'nduja spread. Adjust according to how much you like the spicyness: keep in mind that the 'nduja is a real explosion of taste! A nice sprinkling of oregano and bake for 5 minutes at 240° C (475° F, gas mark 9).
