The seasoning based on extra virgin olive oil flavoured with garlic adds taste and intensity to each dish. This way we have all the taste of garlic, without its annoying pieces in the dish! The oil comes from local cultivars - Olivastro, Cima di Mola, Coratina, Leccino, Cima di Melfi, Picholine, Simona, Nociara - and is cold extracted through mechanical processings.
