These processes help preserving all the sensory characteristics and perfume that olives have when they are harvested at the right time, i.e. when they are green, healthy and with a perfect balance of bitterness and spiciness. This olive oil is made with passion and has an elegant taste as well as an equally beautiful packaging.
A "Peranzana" oil variety, with a floral scent and strong notes of green tomato, aromatic herbs and hints of fresh grass, enriched by a lively almond note. A pleasant spicy aftertaste completes the docile character of this product.
