Gramigna is a traditional egg pasta by Gratifico, which was recognised as an Italian traditional agri-food product (PAT) by the Italian Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies.
It is a short pasta, originating from Bologna, which gained fame thanks to its particular shape. It’s a funny fresh pasta, beloved by kids and ideal to put in both pasta dishes and soups. According to the original recipe, this pasta has two colours, the colours of “straw and hay”, and is bronze-drawn.
Gratifico fully respects this tradition and only uses prime-quality ingredients, such as free range eggs and spinach flour.
All ingredients are fresh when processed; a prime-quality product is obtained also thanks to the innovative production technique created in collaboration with the CIRI agrifood centre of the University of Bologna.
