The Schmid’s herbed pork tenderloin is hand-made. It is hand-coated with salt and a rigorous selection of Alpine aromatic herbs which give it a delicate spiced flavour. Then it is slightly smoked with juniper berries and beech wood and the last step of the process is maturing in the fresh air of the Alps.
