A chocolate bar created specifically to celebrate the city of Noto and its beauties. A perfect balance of aromas and flavors, between aromaticity and freshness. The cocoa is 60% minimum and is cold-worked to maintain all the aromatic properties of its extraordinary ingredients.
Sabadì uses only organic raw materials for this tablet. The cocoa, of Nacional fino de aroma variety, is a Slow Food presidium and, just like whole cane sugar, it comes from fair trade. The almonds add depth and crunchiness, while the whole orange peels give freshness and consistency. And what about the packaging! A drawn "cover" with the beauties of the city of Noto, also great for a sweet gift.
