Delicious rib eye steaks sourced from cattle which are born, reared and slaughtered in Italy. Our best supplier for steaks and other fresh meat cuts is Massi. He owns the company I Commensali: a butchery which was built on the experience which he gained while working in cattle breeding farms. His steaks are perfectly matured, tender and flavourful: such an excellent product.
I Commensali always guarantees prime-quality breeding farm, slaughter and meat maturation for its steaks. To help you figure out the perfect serving, two hungry meat lovers can easily eat a 1.5kg steak. Three 2kg rib eye steaks are ideal for ten people. The only thing we recommend doing is taking the meat out of the fridge at least three or four hours before putting it on the grill.
