The braided buffalo Mozzarella from Campania is a delicacy that the whole world envies us. Which mozzarella cheese is the most delicious one? Mozzarella that is handmade from prime-quality milk, of course. In order to obtain delicious milk, buffaloes need to feel well and be treated appropriately. And that’s what the Azienda agricola Tempio farm does, by devoting great care and attention to their animals. Good things require passion and respect.
This Mozzarella is a braid full of deliciousness and fresh milk. It is fresh, soft and flavourful and it tastes amazing in a Caprese salad, as well as by itself – it is so delicious that you don’t even need to season it with oil and salt. It should be eaten at room temperature, so remember to take it out of the fridge in advance!
The Azienda agricola Tempio farm is located in the Paestum plain, next to the Greek temples. History and innovation meet here: traditional buffalo farming is combined with modern milking and quality control technologies. Furthermore, the company is committed to environmental sustainability and generates green electricity, by using biomass.
