Here's all the ingredients needed to prepare an excellent Piada with onion and sausage!
A classic from Romagna cuisine that is eaten during fairs, our version is revisited with sweet and sour onion.
Heat the Piada in a non-stick pan, meanwhile grill the sausage or cook it crumbled, fill only half of the piada and re-close it on itself, so as to create the typical half-moon shape.
We like it simple as it is, otherwise you can make it even tastier by adding a soft cheese or spicy sauce!
