

La Tartufata® is an incredible condensed cream made with white truffles and porcini mushrooms; it is produced by Inaudi according to the highest quality standards and it is the company’s pride and joy.
This sauce made with truffles is perfect to dress egg pasta, rice, gnocchi or to give a flavourful twist to a beef burger, a roast or a cheese fondue.
We like it a lot because, unlike other creamy truffle sauces, this Tartufata does not contain any dairy produce: only porcini mushrooms, truffle, olive oil and spices. Amazing!
How to use truffle cream? Count on one teaspoon of Tartufata per person and water it down with the pasta cooking water, with olive oil or with some sour cream.
