The name of this mortadella is a real guarantee. "Favola" means fairytale in Italian and this culinary product from Emilia-Romagna is a fairy tale of taste with a perfect happy ending! This version with Sicilian Pistachio and sweet Cervia whole grain salt retains all the classic properties of a "Favola" mortadella and enriches its taste.

The decisions made by Carlo Palmieri, founder of the first company workshop in the 70s, are still respected today: only pigs reared in Italy are used, of which only the best cuts are selected and mixed with natural, high-quality ingredients. Moreover:
