L’Artigiano della ‘Nduja is a family business producing ‘Nduja right where it’s from: the town of Spilinga in Calabria. ‘Nduja is a traditional product of this region, made with pork fatback, jowl and belly. To give the salami spread its signature spiciness, L’Artigiano della ‘Nduja adds red hot chilli pepper from the Poro mount, which dries naturally without any chemical substances.
