Besides producing the world-renowned classic ‘Nduja, L’Artigiano della ‘Nduja likes to experiment and create new versions with unique flavour combinations which he packs in jars. He takes the classic ‘Nduja out of its casings and packs it in a jar with a thread of prime quality olive oil; that’s how tradition can reinvent itself without losing its identity.
