Frantoio D’Orazio’s Oltremare extra virgin olive oil is a true masterpiece of taste. The local cultivars Olivastro, Cima di Mola, Leccino, Coratina, Cima di Melfi, Picholine, Simona and Nociara create a perfect balance of flavours. A light oil, with hints of grass and leaf, slightly bitter and spicy on the palate: the ideal seasoning to enhance any dish.
The packaging deserves a note of its own. This oil is part of the Opera Collection line, a tribute to the Apulian majolica hand-forged by artisans who once covered the kitchens where the traditional dishes were born. The highest quality of Apulian olive oil in a package that transports us directly to Apulia, among ancient olive trees and kitchens.
Frantoio D’Orazio from Conversano is a third generation family business. Only the local olives of trusted suppliers and the 3000 plants owned by the family are transformed into precious oils, born from the inbreeding the different cultivars. The quality of the raw material goes hand in hand with the utmost environmental attention. The Frantoio produces energy in a sustainable way and reduces the use of water: respect for the territory and its conservation are absolute priorities.
