

To make orange marmalade, La Nicchia uses sweet and juicy oranges that grow in full sun in Pantelleria. They are picked at peak ripeness and processed to make this delicious marmalade with perfectly balanced sour and sweet notes.
Only oranges and sugar are used; no preservatives, colouring agents or aromas. As long as you have prime-quality ingredients and an artisan craft, you need nothing else.
Besides having a unique taste, this marmalade also contains delicious orange peel pieces that were roughly cut by hand, creating a unique texture. The farm La Nicchia has deliberately decided to add whole pieces to the jam to be able to instantly taste the natural and genuine flavour of fruit.
