This 100ml pure wild blueberry extract, made with 190g of organic berries (around 310 blueberries), is packed with vitamins and nutrients: vitamin A and C to strengthen the capillaries, antioxidants and an eye health booster.

The pure Biobacche Toscane extracts are obtained by different processes according to the type of fruit/berry. In order to obtain this pure wild blueberry extract, a particular technique is applied involving the use of steam in a special still which is able to keep fruits and juice below 40°. The steam makes the berries release their juice - concentrated to 50% - as well as anthocyanins and tannins found in the skin, which are however not used directly in the extract.

Biobacche Toscane extracts are ideal to enrich smoothies, yoghurts or can be enjoyed by themselves. They do not contain added sugar.

Recommended amount to take in all the benefits of the berries: 2 spoons a day.
