“Salsa verde” green sauce is a typical Italian condiment which is usually served with meat and boiled meat. The organic “salsa verde” green sauce by the Radici farm is made with a lot of parsley, extra virgin olive oil, capers, potatoes, vinegar, anchovies, pine nuts, garlic and then salt and pepper. Unlike the original recipe, Radici’s green sauce does not contain eggs or cheese, which makes it much more versatile and suitable for vegans, too. This company uses ingredients that are fully organic and that they themselves cultivate with great care in their own fields, on the slopes of the Pratomagno mount in Tuscany.
The company harvests vegetables only at peak ripeness and processes them straight away, to ensure that they are as fragrant and genuine as fresh vegetables. Moreover, they do not add chemical additives or preservatives; their jars only contain the real flavour of vegetables with unaltered sensory properties.
