Organic Tuscan kale pesto is a traditional Tuscan recipe; this vegetable, which is commonly used in the winter time, is an ingredient of many regional recipes. Tuscan kale is not only flavourful and delicious, but it also has many beneficial effects for the body, such as antioxidant properties. This Tuscan kale pesto is made with 90% organic Tuscan kale that is cultivated in the company’s own fields, to which extra virgin olive oil, almonds, vinegar and pine nuts are added. Everything is organic and no flavour enhancers, chemical thickeners or additives are added; the pesto is only dressed with salt, garlic and pepper.
