This organic vegetable stock - a helping hand to savour dishes and broth - has nothing to do with industrial stocks, filled with chemical preservatives and additives. The vegetable stock by Radici farm is only made with fresh vegetables cultivated in the company’s own fields, which are then minced with salt. No preservatives, no yeasts: only onions, celery, carrots, parsley, basil and salt - all of them organic.
The Radici company, located on the slopes of the Pratomagno mount in Tuscany, cultivates vegetables in its fields according to the principles of organic farming. The company patiently waits for peak ripeness to harvest vegetables which are then processed straight away, in order to keep their freshness and sensory properties intact.
This organic vegetable stock adds flavour to any dish, as well as that genuine touch of fresh vegetables. It is very easy to use: let it dissolve in boiling water to make a ready-to-eat, but healthy broth. It can also be used instead of sautéed vegetable as a mirepoix for many dishes. It can be kept in the fridge for a long time and it is a true ally in the kitchen, always ready to help in times of need. We recommend tasting the dish after it’s done cooking, before adding any salt.
