

Delicious Italian ossobuco - beef shank cross cut from cows that are born, reared and slaughtered in Italy. Our supplier of fresh meat is Massi, the owner of the company I Commensali. His butchery was founded after his previous experience in cattle breeding farms. Massi’s meat is perfectly matured; that’s why it is so tender and flavourful and nothing short of excellent.
This meaty shank cross cut has very few nerves and is ideal to make traditional recipes such as Ossobuco Milanese. It is cut fairly thick and contains the tasty bone marrow in the middle.
