Opera Waiting’s natural Panettone with Vinsanto wine is so good that eating it only at Christmas is a real shame. It is leavened naturally with sourdough made with flour from organic farming and it’s lightly soaked with fine Vinsanto wine from Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia grapes produced at the "San Benedetto" farm in San Gimignano, which still manually makes its products using the sun and mats for its grapes.
Opera Waiting’s panettone is the classic kind with no icing and its main feature is softness. The dough is soft as a cloud, scented with butter and Vinsanto wine, rich in raisins and candied fruit, as tradition dictates. We are talking about an exceptional and entirely natural product, without emulsifiers, confectionery preparations or preservatives. It is exceptional as it is, but for those with a sweet tooth it will be simply irresistible with a chocolate ganache, eggnog or mascarpone cream.
Opera Waiting is a pastry workshop that skillfully mixes ancient recipes and cleverness, always with the utmost attention to raw materials and production techniques. Only natural leavening with sourdough and many organic ingredients for these 100% natural, healthy, genuine and delicious treats.
