    PDO spicy Gorgonzola is a cow’s milk cheese with a raw paste. It is a traditional cheese from the valleys in Lombardy; the strong ties linking a product with its territory are of great importance for the company Carozzi: local people, places, their stories and experiences all contribute to shaping a cheese’s identity.
