As a matter of fact, the prized black truffles used to make this delicious cream are selected and foraged in the wild; they are then cleaned and they undergo a further selection. After they are lightly cooked, they are used to prepare the cream. Afterwards, glass jars are sterilised. This meticulous process aims at enhancing and preserving the quality of this incredible cream as much as possible.
