Corrà Brothers’ roe deer ragout is truly ideal for winter pasta dishes. Extremely tasty and full-bodied, it is made only with selected and totally natural ingredients, without traces of preservatives. Roe deer meat is 80% of the total and the Corrà Brothers have decided not to use other meats to "dilute" their ragout. In this jar you will find all the true taste of roe deer meat, no compromise.
It takes time and patience to prepare it, but just a moment to enjoy it. Open the jar, heat the ragout in a pan and season pasta, gnocchi or lasagna with it. Our favourite combination? With polenta porridge, for a dish that is a true celebration of the authentic flavours and goodness of the Trentino valleys.
The Corrà Brothers’ company was founded in 1850 in the Non Valley and it’s the oldest production of cured meats in Trentino. It’s a passion passed down from father to son – we’re at the fifth generation! – and the recipes are unchanged as well. From cold cuts to cheeses, from flours to jams, from traditional dishes of the territory to grappa, here everything speaks of tradition and authenticity.
