Tasting Selection of Fresh Pasta by Pancini - 2kg

A selection of the best handmade fresh pasta from Tuscany. Our Pancini kit contains as many as four different types of fresh pasta, made from selected eggs and high-quality ingredients.

Each package serves four people, but you can easily freeze every pasta type and keep it in the freezer for three to four months. Bear in mind that you won’t need to thaw the pasta before cooking it.

Inside the tasting kit you will find:

Fresh pappardelle -300g
These handmade pappardelle are rustic and tasty, because they are made from stone-ground flour, perfect to enhance the heartiness of meat-based and wild game sauces.

A basic type of pasta with peasant origin. Pici are thick and uneven because they are hand-rolled one by one.

Potato Tortelli - 300g
These handmade fresh potato tortelli hide a creamy filling of potatoes seasoned in the typical Casentino manner.

Spinach and ricotta ravioli - 300g
These fresh spinach and ricotta ravioli are handmade in Tuscany only from extremely fresh eggs and plenty of filling made from spinach and ricotta from Casentino.

According to the pasta type, fresh pasta can be paired with:
