These asparagus are fleshy, crunchy and sweet. their colour is milky white with faint pink nuances on the tips.
The asparagus are cultivated in the fields of Nonno Andrea farm, located in Villorba, in the province of Treviso. Nonno Andrea knows how to treat the land, by respecting it and nurturing its fruits which are then picked and processed right away in order to preserve all their sensory characteristics.
Despite their delicate taste, these asparagus burst with character with a sweet and sour note obtained from the perfectly balanced, and not at all overwhelming, combination of cane sugar with lemon and apple cider vinegar.
