With this exceptional bar we’re also playing with textures. Modica chocolate is naturally grainy because sugar is processed at low temperatures and therefore does not melt. In this case, we’re adding the flower of sea salt to have a sensational chocolate, enveloping but rough, rich in contrasts and surprises.
