

This great cheese, the truffle pecorino called “Tuberino”, belongs to the refined cheese selection of De’ Magi. Through a one-of-a-kind manufacturing process which makes this truffle pecorino unique, the “Tuberino” obtains an incredible flavour that pairs perfectly with vegetables - such as pumpkins and aubergines, and cold cuts. Obviously it tastes amazing on its own, too. Try to add it in a risotto recipe and you’ll thank us later.
The truffle pecorino cheese by De’ Magi is only made with ewe’s milk from Italian farms and the truffle is mixed directly inside the cheese. That means that each bite is an explosion of flavour.
The paste is firm to the bite and averagely soluble in the mouth and it is absolutely delicious melted on your dishes.
