These whole summer truffles are carefully selected and hand-packed in glass jars. They are also called “Scorzone” truffles: it is a less prized truffle variety, but nonetheless tasty and aromatic.
Summer truffles are harvested in spring and summer, from the end of May until the beginning of September. They can be used to prepare many different recipes: you can even simply grate them on top of a pasta dish or on some beef carpaccio.
The Alfonso Fortunati Truffles company guarantees a thorough selection as well as very high quality, and what’s more, all their products are still handmade. That’s why these truffles are like tiny jewels that you must always keep in your pantry, ready to be grabbed when you feel like eating truffles. You will be sure to eat a product without any artificial aromas!
