

The Zibibbo grape elixir is made from the fresh Zibibbo grape must. That’s how this thick and scented delicacy with an intense and deep flavour is made.
Careful now, it’s neither a jam nor a syrup – it’s an actual elixir. Only the best raw materials from the island of Pantelleria are selected by the company La Nicchia which knows how to best enhance the territory, by promoting simply outstanding products.
This elixir pairs well with both sweet and savoury food. It tastes amazing on custard ice cream and on Greek yoghurt, but it gives its best when combined with strong cheeses, such as blue or goat cheeses.
